Those gentles wishing to set up a day pavilion alongside any of the arenas should contact the Field Steward to reserve space. Please note that this is NOT the same person as the Land Steward, who is coordinating camping space.
Field space reservations will be taken until we run out of space. Please forward your tent dimensions (without ropes) with your group/SCA name for field space reservations. If you have any special requests, please explain when you make your reservation.
The Staff asks that all tent set up on the field be completed no later than the beginning of the procession on Saturday morning and that tents be set up in their designated spot.
