Go to the Registration Page to register early. Please do not forget to go to the LAND STEWARD'S PAGE once you have registered for ACCEPS! Your land space will not be registered if you do not.

There is a great need of Volunteers in many areas of the event. If you would like to volunteer some time at the event, please contact the volunteer coordinator, Herrin Emeludt Hansler at elisabeth.hansler@gmail.com The Castle Reeve, Baron Johann von Rothenburg, is requesting volunteers to help with site security during the event.

Once again there is cause for the Barony of Sacred Stone to meet on the fields of Elchenburg Castle to seek resolution to conflict with one of their sister Baronies, Stierbach. With the help of their friends they will strive to settle their differences through artistic, scientific, heraldic and martial competitions.

Beginning on Friday afternoon there will be tournaments, targets for arrow, axe and knife, stories and song, cavalry games, and food. Concluding the day will be a Welcome Reception that is open to all (garb optional), to enjoy food and drink and share music and laughter with friend and foe alike. On Saturday comes the main activities beginning with the Grand Heraldic Declaration Procession followed by full out melees, castle and woods battles for sword, spear, rapier, schlager, items of great beauty, drink of fine taste, classes, companionship, more stories and song and so much more.

Your presence is requested as the event will be less for your absence.

Don't make us turn away your minor event attendee at the gate! Please bring a properly notarized Minor Medical Authorization if you're bringing a minor child who is not your own!
