Land at War of the Wings will be assigned to pre-registered individuals and groups. Campers who are not pre-registered will be able to chose from several singles camping blocks or will have to rely on the generosity and sacrifice of the group they wish to camp with.

Singles Camping...
Once you have paid for your reservation, please fill out the Camping Registration Form (link will be uploaded soon) with your tent sizes. If a field does not apply, you may leave it blank.
Land Agents...
Each group of individuals wishing to camp together should choose someone to act as a Land Agent. The Land Agent is the contact person for the Land Steward, as questions arise or as information needs to be dispersed to each group. Each Land Agent is invited to join the Land Agents' e-list for announcements and updates. The list has fairly low-traffic and stays on topic.
Groups will be assigned land based on stated needs and number of people in the group. Land Agents are asked to encourage their group members to pre-register as soon as possible. Please have them fill out the Camping Registration Form and ensure that they know to choose the correct group name from the drop-down menu. If your group is not listed, please contact the Land Steward.
Group Camping...
If an individual wants to camp with a group, they need to verify with that group's Land Agent that they are welcome to do so before filling out the Camping Registration Form.
Once you have paid for your reservation, please fill out the Camping Registration form to register for land in your group's encampment. Include information for extra tents such as arming tents, kitchen pavilions or dining flys in the Special Needs & Additional Information box. Land will be allotted both on the stated tent size needs and number of people pre-registered for that group. Use the Special Needs spot for any information the staff should be aware of. We will make every effort to accommodate needs and requests, however, remember this is a fairly rustic site and we are restricted by the site's limitations.
