  • Merchants must pre-register with all (gate and merchant) fees paid by September 1, 2012. (Click to download the Merchant Registration Form in .PDF format or .DOC [MS Word] format.)
  •

  • Anyone showing up at the event without having pre-registered gate and merchant space/fees will not be allowed to vend their wares.
  •

  • Merchants will be juried! A three person panel will determine who will merchant at WOW based on appearance, merchandise appropriate to the SCA, ability to follow rules, and previous temperaments.
  •

  • There will be a $1 per linear foot of frontage space (not including ropes). Merchant fees are non refundable.
  •

  • Merchant fees are not additional profit for the event. The merchant fees will go towards buying lights to allow night-time shopping.
  •

  • In keeping with the theme of the event, we will be giving preference to period pavilions. Modern day shades (pop-ups/EZ ups) will be required to be covered with fabric or canvas. No nylon, plastic or original covers.
  •

  • Elchenburg is frequented by sudden high winds. All tents are required to be staked down securely to prevent being blown over, causing damage to people and/or property.
  •

  • We ask that merchandise being sold at WOW be legal, period to the SCA time period and uses.
  •

  • Alcohol is not to be sold or distributed by merchants or in the merchant area.
  •

  • Camping behind your merchant tent will be permitted as long as the total depth is no more than 30 feet deep (combine your merchant tent depth with the depth of your camping tent).
  •

  • Water and electricity are not guaranteed. We will try to accommodate, but the site has limited resources.
