MoL Rules for WoWII

This is just an announcement of a few of rules that I am going to have in place at WoW that the staff needs to know about before hand.

  1. While I have a wonderful response and SIX other MoLs will be assisting me. Only Alex the Baronial MoL and myself will be doing the authorization/renewal paperwork (of any kind).
  2. Short of a request directly from the crown, ALL MoL necessary authorizations or renewals of any nature will close at noon on Saturday.
  3. Lady Mari will help sign in cavalry folks early Friday afternoon. Starting at 4PM until 7pm, I will be at the gate to sign in fighters and staff. An hour before and during the torchlight tourney I will still sign in people for the event. I highly encourage anyone that can to sign in on Friday to both avoid and shorten the lines on Saturday.
  4. I am signing in folks once. Sign in once and you are good for the whole weekend. If needed for score sheets or tourney trees or bear pits, a list of participants will be maintained.

I hope that enough information distributed before the event will keep things on track and not hurt anyone's feelings. If I need to modify these rules, please let me know ahead of time and I will do everything I can to make things right.
